Registration

The offered Registration Packages have been prepared with you in mind. Their variety reflects your different needs, budget and availability.

All participants must submit a completed GeoCart'2012 Conference Registration Form for the Conference. Please use a separate form for each delegate. Take a photocopy for your own records.

Please note that the deadline for Early Registration (where applicable) is Monday, 6 August 2012. Principal authors of the accepted papers and posters are eligible for a 10% discount on the Registration Packages fees. A further discount of $50 is available for members of the New Zealand Cartographic Society Inc.

Your registration will be confirmed by email and the official receipt will be provided at the Conference. Conference registration will not be accepted unless accompanied by a full payment and a valid student identification (applicable to students only).

The on-site Registration Centre at the Engineering Extension, The University of Auckland will be open during the following hours:

Cancellations and Refunds

In case you are unable to attend the Conference, you may reassign your registration to another person. Otherwise, the following Refund rules apply:

Full refund less 10% if written cancellation is received by Monday, 6 August 2012
Full refund less 50% if written cancellation is received by Monday, 13 August 2012
No refund will be granted after Monday, 13 August 2012

Identification

Conference identity badges must be worn at all times during the Conference and for all social functions. People not wearing badges will not gain access to Conference sessions/activities or to the Commercial Exhibition.
